The Hotel de Rome is named in tribute to the historic Grand Hotel de Rome, which stood nearby until 1910. Extensive restoration efforts have preserved much of the hotel's cultural heritage, including transforming the former bank's main hall into a glass-roofed grand ballroom, converting the old vault into a spa, and turning the bank directors’ offices into exquisite specialty suites. The hotel contributes greatly to Berlin's rich cultural landscape and offers guests a diverse and immersive city experience.

- Maintain cleanliness and order at your workstation and kitchen areas adhering to HACCP guidelines and safety regulations.
- Handle food properly and oversee stock, storage, and mise en place management.
Candidate Profile
- Successfully completed formal training as a cook within the hotel or gastronomy sector of comparable quality.
- Minimum of two years professional experience in a Demichef de Partie or Chef de Partie role within a restaurant or hotel of equivalent standard, seeking to advance your career.

- Independent, team-oriented, and responsible working style is your norm.
- Good command of the German language.
- Excellent manners and a polished personal appearance complete your profile.
