About Excuse My French
Excuse My French is a French restaurant, wine bar, and épicerie located in Ranelagh, Dublin 6. The establishment features a small team committed to authentic and demanding cuisine, with all dishes made from scratch, fostering a friendly work environment.
Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to become an integral part of our kitchen team, contributing to our high-quality French culinary offerings.
What We Offer
- Hourly wage of €15.50 plus tips
- Full-time employment
- Close-knit, small team environment
- One weekend off every two weeks
- Three to four days off per week
- No split shifts; continuous service within a 9am to 10pm timeframe including breaks
Candidate Requirements
We seek a motivated, detail-oriented individual passionate about French cuisine and preparing food entirely from scratch. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
