Role Overview

The Chef de Partie is entrusted with managing a specific section in the kitchen, ensuring consistency, orderliness, and maintaining hygiene standards. This role involves active participation in food preparation and overseeing section operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the designated kitchen station during preparation and service hours.
• Craft dishes following the established recipes and quality standards.
• Oversee and guide Commis chefs working within the assigned section.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the working area at all times.
• Facilitate smooth service flow and uphold quality control measures.

Performance Metrics

• Consistent readiness and proper operation of the assigned section.
• Exceptional food quality and attractive presentation.
• Adherence to hygiene and cleanliness protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ hands-on experience in professional kitchen environments.
• Proficient knowledge of kitchen section duties and ability to maintain discipline.
