Chef Cum Helper

Role Overview

Rusticano Cafe, located in Pimple Nilakh, Pune, seeks a motivated Chef Cum Helper who has enthusiasm for food preparation and enjoys contributing to a cozy café setting.

Primary Duties

• Prepare and cook dishes focused on Continental and fast-food styles.
• Manage the daily activities within the kitchen efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, flavor, and plating.
• Ensure the kitchen remains clean and hygienic at all times.
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks including prep work, cleaning, and stock management.
• Adhere strictly to recipe instructions and portion guidelines.
• Work productively during peak periods to meet demand.
• Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresh candidates or individuals with up to one year of experience are welcome.
• Must have foundational knowledge of Continental and fast-food cooking techniques.
• A genuine passion for cooking and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Should be clean, dependable, and diligent in work ethics.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a small team.
• Previous experience in cafes or restaurants is a plus but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of ₹11,000.
• Eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives rewarding consistency and good work.
• One weekly day off.
• Work schedule from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily.
