Role Overview

The Chauffeur will deliver secure, dependable, and professional transport services catering to individuals, executives, corporate clients, and other passengers. Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring safe and comfortable transport to business appointments, homes, airports, hotels, events, and other assigned destinations.
• Developing route plans considering schedules, traffic, closures, weather, and passenger preferences.
• Operating vehicles responsibly, adhering strictly to traffic laws and safety standards.
• Conducting daily inspections to guarantee cleanliness, safety, comfort, and mechanical soundness of the vehicle.
• Coordinating vehicle maintenance including servicing, inspections, repairs, and tire changes.
• Maintaining vehicle appearance, ensuring the interior and exterior are polished and presentable.
• Assisting passengers with luggage, belongings, and vehicle access as needed.
• Providing courteous, professional, confidential, and tailored customer service.
• Keeping passenger information, schedules, and conversations strictly confidential.
• Monitoring traffic conditions and choosing efficient, safe routes.
• Utilizing GPS navigation, traffic monitoring apps, and transportation technology effectively.
• Maintaining accurate travel records including mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance logs, and expenses.
• Managing fuel, tolls, parking, and other vehicle-related expenditures as required.
• Organizing airport pickups, hotel transfers, corporate transport, and special event transit.
• Confirming passenger plans, pickup points, and travel needs promptly.
• Adapting flexibly to changes in schedules, routes, or passenger requests.
• Reporting any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, incidents, or violations quickly.
• Following all company policies, safety protocols, security measures, and vehicle usage regulations.
• Supporting vehicle security and carefully handling passengers' possessions.

• Assisting with transportation logistics for VIPs, executives, corporate visitors, families, and special occasions.
• Maintaining comprehensive familiarity with local roads, key destinations, airports, hotels, and business districts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a valid driver's license suitable for the vehicle type and legal jurisdiction.

• Skilled in driving techniques including parking, maneuvering, and defensive driving.
