Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-location Chauffeur based in Boston, MA. The Chauffeur’s primary duty is to ensure safe and timely transportation of employees, clients, and visitors to various appointments and events. Daily responsibilities include route planning, staying informed on traffic and weather conditions, vehicle cleanliness and presentation, and adherence to schedules. Coordination with operations personnel and compliance with local traffic regulations are essential. Additional duties may involve assisting in light logistics, such as transporting documents or equipment, and reporting on vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficient in safe driving practices and effective route planning.
• Experience handling larger vehicles like trucks or commercial vehicles.
• Strong customer service abilities, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and clear communication.
• Knowledge of truckload shipping or similar logistics and basic operations management principles.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean record and familiarity with Boston and nearby areas.
• Reliable punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical capability to lift and manage luggage or light equipment as necessary.
• Previous chauffeur or professional driving experience is advantageous.
