About the Role
Magnum Environment Management Private Limited is seeking dedicated Chat Support Executives to join their team in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This role operates within their BPO/Customer Support division and requires candidates to work onsite in a dynamic office environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries via live chat platforms.
- Provide precise information and effectively resolve customer issues.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication with all customers.
- Log customer interactions thoroughly and conduct follow-ups on unresolved problems.
- Escalate issues beyond standard scope to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Adhere to response time deadlines and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
Essential Requirements
- Graduation degree is mandatory.
- Both fresh graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient written English communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency including typing skills.
- Capable of managing multiple simultaneous chat conversations.
- Positive mindset and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Employment Details and Compensation
- Work mode is strictly office-based at Ground Floor, Chinar Incube Business Center, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal.
- Salary for freshers is ₹13,000 plus ₹1,000 night shift allowance per month.
- Experienced hires receive ₹14,000 plus ₹1,000 night shift allowance per month.
- Night shift allowance is applicable during relevant shifts.
- Salary reviews and hikes are considered after six months and one year of employment.
- Shift patterns include rotational and night shifts.
