Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate taxation, audit, compliance, accounting, and advisory engagements.
• Lead and manage a team to meet deadlines and project deliverables effectively.
• Engage with clients, providing expert guidance on financial and compliance aspects.
• Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements, statutory compliance, and internal control processes.
• Guarantee punctual and precise completion of all assignment tasks.
• Mentor team members to increase productivity and enhance performance standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within a CA firm environment.
• Proven prior experience in managing teams is essential.
• Strong expertise in taxation laws, audit procedures, Registrar of Companies (ROC) regulations, compliance mandates, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication abilities combined with effective leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work independently under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience managing a portfolio of no fewer than 100 clients and supervising 4-5 team members.
• Applicants must have a minimum of one year of professional experience and reside in Delhi.

• Salary range: ₹1,000,000 to ₹1,200,000 annually.
