Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners while enabling them with necessary resources across the region.
- Develop the commercial framework including margin structures, deal registration processes, tier statuses, and engagement guidelines.
- Create partner enablement materials such as technical training content, positioning strategies, and competitive analysis documentation.
- Collaborate with partners on joint sales pipelines and ensure execution commitments.
- Advocate internally to product and marketing teams to support channel-specific needs and requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- At least six years of proven experience in channel or partner management within enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated track record of building a partner channel from scratch rather than managing an existing one.
- Strong understanding of partner economics including negotiation capabilities.
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of partner relationships throughout the GCC region.
- Background in hardware or infrastructure channel sales.
- Experience launching partner programs from the ground up.
What We Offer

- Significant ownership roles and meaningful impact in an early-stage startup environment.
- Competitive compensation appropriate to an early-stage company.
- Collaboration with a compact, experienced leadership team.
- Engagement with challenging projects at the intersection of hardware, systems, and AI at large scale.
