About the Role

We are recruiting enthusiastic and driven Beauty Advisors specializing in Chanel products to join our successful cruise teams. This role involves leveraging your expert beauty skills to offer welcoming, personalized service to an international clientele onboard our ships.

Key Responsibilities

• Work and reside onboard a cruise ship, traveling globally.
• Promote a diverse range of Chanel skincare, makeup, and fragrance products to cruise guests.
• Conduct full makeover sessions encouraging guests to try, purchase products, and learn application techniques.
• Provide tailored advice on Chanel products based on individual skin types and preferences.
• Consistently exceed monthly sales targets employing expert consultative selling.
• Implement promotional plans and events to boost Chanel product sales and guest engagement.
• Foster relationships with Chanel team members and cruise staff to support events and attract foot traffic.
• Support stock management, including receiving deliveries, shelf replenishment, and asset protection.
• Maintain appealing visual merchandising following brand guidelines to maximize sales.
• Create exceptional retail experiences through live makeovers, seminars, and in-store events.
• Gain comprehensive product and brand knowledge to enhance guest interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Strong retail experience with premium beauty and fragrance products, ideally Chanel or similar luxury brands.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage customers face-to-face and drive sales.
• Motivated and target-driven with effective public speaking skills for luxury product presentation.
• Adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• A collaborative team player with goal-oriented mindset.
