Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant based in Doha, Qatar, who will work on-site to provide direct personal care to clients. Duties encompass aiding clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and feeding, as well as ensuring proper hydration. The CNA will monitor, document, and report any physical or emotional changes, take vital signs, and adhere to individualized care plans under licensed healthcare professionals’ direction. Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment and supporting rehabilitation activities as instructed are essential. Clear communication with clients, their families, and healthcare teams is vital to ensure seamless continuity and quality of care, always respecting privacy and cultural considerations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification or diploma (or equivalent), with valid or eligible registration to practice in Qatar.
• Competency in basic patient care including personal hygiene assistance, safe mobility, and patient handling.
• Ability to accurately assess, record, and report vital signs and client condition changes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact respectfully with clients, families, and multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and cultural awareness towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of infection control, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards relevant to home and facility care.
• Readiness to work on-site for extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per service demands.
• Previous experience in home care, community, or long-term care environments is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
