CCTV Operator

About the Role

This full-time, permanent position is for a CCTV Operator based in the Maldives within the Security & Vigilance department. The role focuses on maintaining security by monitoring and managing CCTV systems on premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously observe live feeds through IP and Analog CCTV systems to maintain safety and security.
• Quickly detect, log, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or unauthorized access.
• Operate DVR/NVR devices effectively, managing recordings, playback, and storage procedures.
• Perform routine troubleshooting and diagnostics on CCTV equipment, networks, and cameras to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Maintain detailed daily logs and prepare technical incident reports as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies by escalating issues and coordinating with on-site security personnel.

Candidate Qualifications

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience as a CCTV or Control Room Operator.
• Proficient in operating IP and Analog CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and observational skills coupled with competent computer literacy for documentation.
• Basic English communication skills, both spoken and written, adequate for reporting purposes.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights.
• Experience in security monitoring within construction, industrial, hospitality, or resort environments is an advantage.

Additional Information
