Job Overview
This role leads complex global projects focusing on integration of acquired companies and transformation initiatives to drive growth and efficiency. The position demands extensive experience in business trends, problem solving, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams to execute strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee live integrations ensuring acquired companies are seamlessly incorporated operationally, culturally, and organizationally
- Manage end-to-end integration processes coordinating cross-team efforts
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation projects to boost operational performance and growth
- Maintain and update M&A playbooks, templates, and procedural frameworks reflecting best practices
- Work collaboratively and influence stakeholders without direct authority to align integration efforts
- Develop and administer M&A scorecards for monitoring integration progress and success metrics
- Identify and resolve challenges during integration to enable smooth transitions
- Effectively communicate integration strategies and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
- Promote a cooperative culture that supports successful change management and integration
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience complemented by a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
