Catering Manager / Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a diligent, responsible, and proactive counter staff member for our cafe. The role entails managing the counter operations, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper waste management.

Primary Duties

• Welcome customers at the counter and take their orders efficiently.
• Handle billing processes and accept payments via cash or UPI.
• Serve prepared food and drinks from the kitchen to customers at their tables in a neat manner.
• Provide water, tissues, and cutlery to customers as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables, counters, seating areas, and service zones consistently.
• Sanitize tables immediately after customers leave to prepare for the next guest.
• Use and care for cafe utensils and equipment carefully and responsibly.
• Dispose of leftover plates, used food, and disposable items promptly into dustbins.
• Separate wet and dry waste into designated bins.
• Empty dustbins throughout the day and at cafe closing; replace with new garbage bags and keep the area clean to prevent odor and flies.
