Introduction

Step into an exciting role as a Category Executive specializing in Flowers, where you will be entrusted with managing and expanding the Flower category by fostering supplier connections, curating a diverse product selection, and delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the flower product portfolio ensuring a broad and premium-quality range that aligns with customer preferences.
• Build and sustain robust partnerships with suppliers, florists, and wholesalers to secure quality products, timely deliveries, and cost-effective pricing.
• Perform ongoing market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of trends and pricing tactics, maintaining a competitive edge.
• Identify and introduce innovative and new products to enrich the flower offerings available on the platform.
• Monitor inventory levels and sales patterns to balance stock availability, avoiding shortages or excessive inventory.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and implement promotional activities, launches, and seasonal campaigns to drive sales.
• Evaluate the Flower category's performance by analyzing KPIs, sales data, customer insights, and market movements to optimize outcomes.
• Enhance the customer journey by improving product presentation, pricing strategies, and ensuring the delivery of top-quality products.
• Work synergistically with Marketing, Operations, and Logistics departments to smoothly roll out category initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in category management, retail, e-commerce, or similar fields; prior experience in the floral industry is advantageous.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret data and key performance indicators, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Creative and passionate about flowers with keen insight into market trends.
• Adept at working effectively in fast-paced and evolving settings.
