Catalogue Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Catalogue Executive to handle product listings and catalogue maintenance across major ecommerce platforms including Amazon and Shopify. The candidate will be responsible for creating, uploading, and updating product data to enhance listing accuracy and visibility.

Key Duties

• Create and manage product listings on various ecommerce sites, ensuring optimization of titles, descriptions, keywords, specifications, and images to boost performance and visibility.
• Maintain accurate categorization, variants, and attributes while regularly updating pricing, stock, offers, and inventory status.
• Monitor catalogue health by identifying and rectifying listing errors, missing details, and suppressed content.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as design, marketing, sales, and operations to facilitate new product launches and catalogue updates.
• Conduct elementary competitor analysis and market research to inform pricing strategies and catalogue enhancements.
• Manage multiple catalogue-related tasks concurrently, assuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain detailed records and reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce catalogue management or product listing roles.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, WooCommerce, or equivalents.
• Strong grasp of product listing standards, catalogue management, product attributes, and marketplace policies.
• Proficient written English with strong communication and content creation capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct product information errors.
• Good command of MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
• Capable of handling multiple SKUs and deadlines efficiently with solid organizational and coordination skills.
