Role Overview

As a Casual Retail Assistant, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to surpass sales and profit targets through your individual performance while ensuring the store is always welcoming, fresh, and tidy for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service according to company protocols and training.
• Acquire and share detailed knowledge about all product offerings.
• Assist management in tracking daily and monthly sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Efficiently operate all internal sales and point-of-sale systems.
• Uphold high standards of store cleanliness and presentation aligning with company guidelines.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including acting in higher roles.
• Be flexible to work at different store locations as required.
• Maintain professionalism to uphold company values at all times.
• Support and promote all sales events and promotional activities as directed.
