About the Role

We are seeking experienced Duty Managers to join our casual workforce in Hamilton, offering flexible work opportunities across various hospitality venues. This role allows you to pick shifts that suit your schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and provides the chance to earn extra income while gaining diverse experience.

Responsibilities and Work Environment

  • Manage and lead teams effectively in dynamic and busy hospitality settings.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with staff and clients.
  • Work flexibly across multiple venue locations as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills and confidence handling busy environments.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Must be reliable and professional in conduct.
  • Possession of a current LCQ (Licensed Controller Qualification) and Manager's Certificate is mandatory.
  • Reliable personal transport is essential to travel between venues.
