Primary Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting every customer with friendliness and politeness.
• Efficiently handling all purchase transactions, including deactivating merchandise according to the Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) program.
• Encouraging customers to participate in company-sponsored programs such as credit cards, product protections, and charitable efforts.
• Helping customers bag and load their items.
• Adhering to safety protocols like proper lifting techniques and maintaining a tidy and safe work environment.
• Securing register operations by carefully managing cash, complying with corporate policies, and maintaining situational awareness.
• Directing customers to a Customer Service Manager for relevant service or transaction inquiries.

Additional Information
