Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls efficiently
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members
• Accurately take and process food orders
• Package all orders carefully ensuring accuracy and inclusion of condiments and utensils
• Engage courteously with guests maintaining a positive attitude
• Assist in packing catering orders
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently
• Manage drive-thru orders seamlessly
• Handle curbside pickup orders
• Help restock items as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and remain composed under pressure
• Dependability and flexibility with scheduling
• Completion of all required training and certification programs pertinent to the role, company, or legal regulations
• Previous experience or training in the restaurant industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Physical ability to repeatedly push, pull, lift, carry, or move items up to 10 pounds
• Willingness to work in wet/humid conditions and handle cleaning chemicals with regular hand washing

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• This role requires frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, reaching, crouching, and handling food-related tasks
• Exposure to smoke from wood-burning cookers and continuous human interaction in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage cash and POS system tasks accurately
• Good communication skills including speaking and listening with coworkers
• Must be able to perform essential duties throughout an 8-hour shift
