Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and courteously.
• Efficiently handle all purchase transactions, including merchandise deactivation according to the EAS Program.
• Promote various company initiatives like credit card services, product protection plans, and charitable campaigns.
• Assist shoppers with packing and loading their purchases.
• Follow safety protocols such as proper lifting techniques and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Uphold register security and cash management standards following company policies and vigilant observation.
• Refer service or transaction-specific issues to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $18.40.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
