Case Processing Officer

Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Case Processing Officer to join our Operations Team, focused on facilitating successful immigration applications. Reporting to the Processing Manager, the role centers on managing applications primarily for Canadian and Australian permanent residency programs, as well as various visitor and job search visas worldwide.

Key Duties

• Executing precise submission of Canada PR applications via Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP).
• Managing Australian Skill Select PR applications end-to-end.
• Overseeing the complete application cycle for Visit Visas including Schengen, US, UK, among others.
• Supporting global Job Search Programs through application handling.
• Persistent follow-up with clients to secure required documentation, ensuring submissions meet current immigration regulations.
• Conducting both virtual and face-to-face consultations to guide clients, managing their expectations effectively.
• Providing assistance in the initial stages of Student Visa applications.

Candidate Profile

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.
• Proven track record in client interactions and successfully lodging PR and job search visa applications for Australia and Canada.
• Technical proficiency in Australian and Canadian PR portals and understanding of lodgement criteria.
• Awareness and experience with various country-specific Job Search Programs.
• Experience in submitting Visit Visa applications across multiple jurisdictions.
