Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Case Manager based in Kochi to oversee dispute resolution cases on our platform. This role involves managing intake of new disputes, documenting case details, and monitoring progress throughout all stages of mediation, arbitration, and related processes. The Case Manager will be the primary contact point coordinating between clients, legal professionals, and internal departments, scheduling sessions, communicating case developments, and ensuring timely advancement of cases. Maintaining comprehensive records within case management systems, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, preparing onboarding materials, and compiling case reports are key responsibilities. The position also calls for identifying workflow inefficiencies and recommending process improvements to boost client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate dispute resolution cases by organizing all documentation, tracking key timelines, and monitoring progress milestones.
  • Act as liaison among clients, lawyers, and internal teams to schedule meetings, communicate updates, and maintain efficient case flow.
  • Review and maintain accurate case records in digital management systems, ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Prepare clients for onboarding on the platform and assist in generating detailed case reports.
  • Identify bottlenecks in workflows to propose enhancements that improve user experience and operational processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability in managing case workflows, including document management, timeline tracking, and milestone monitoring.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and professional coordination.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures, particularly mediation and arbitration; prior experience in legal services or online dispute resolution is advantageous.
  • Competence with digital case management tools, precise data entry, and secure handling of confidential information.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude with the capacity to manage competing priorities and multiple cases.
  • Collaborative work ethic with a focus on ethical service delivery and client-centered support.
  • Bachelor's degree in law, social work, management, or a related discipline; certifications in mediation or dispute resolution are desirable.
  • Fluency in English and regional languages relevant to Kochi and strong documentation skills.
