Cart Attendant

We are searching for a flexible team member, preferably available on weekends and between 12 p.m. and 9 p.m., ready to embrace a variety of retail-related duties focused on customer service and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve shopping carts from the store exterior and bring them inside.
• Manage collection of trash in parking lots, lawn areas, and inside the store.
• Properly operate snow removal equipment to clear snow safely.
• Handle perishable and salvage merchandise returns.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks in the store and restrooms.
• Assist at service desks, store entrances, checkout lanes, and parking lot areas.
• Collaborate with various departments such as Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned that align with the role.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Possess excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting when managing products or equipment.
• Thrive and maintain performance in a dynamic, fast-moving work setting.
