About the Role

Wellcare Health Solutions is urgently hiring reliable and committed Caretakers to oversee daily care, safety, cleanliness, and comfort at assigned facilities in Bengaluru. This full-time position offers stable employment with opportunities for freshers and experienced individuals alike, including both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and comfortable environment for occupants and property.
• Conduct regular monitoring of premises and promptly report any unusual activities or concerns to management.
• Oversee cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas.
• Provide assistance with daily needs to occupants as required.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other support teams.
• Inspect facility components such as doors, lights, furniture, and equipment routinely and identify maintenance needs.
• Keep records of visitors, supplies, incidents, and maintenance issues.
• Respond swiftly and responsibly to emergencies, contacting relevant authorities or management.
• Ensure proper discipline and smooth operations within the facility.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and security protocols as directed by management.
• Undertake additional caretaker duties assigned by supervisors.

• Hardworking, attentive, and ready to take full ownership of duties.
• Respectful and caring toward occupants and colleagues, maintaining professionalism.
• Physically fit and capable of managing routine caretaker responsibilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work independently or with a team.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts; night shift offers enhanced remuneration.
• Freshers welcome; candidates with prior experience in caretaking, housekeeping, facility support, or similar roles preferred.

Shift and Salary

• Day Shift: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
• Night Shift: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, with preference given to candidates comfortable with night duties.
