Role Overview

• Permanent full-time position with 32+ hours weekly.
• Work schedules include AM, PM, and weekend shifts.
• Providing outstanding care in a kind and patient atmosphere, improving residents’ quality of life.

Candidate Profile

• Prior caregiving experience, preferably in aged care.
• Minimum level NZQA Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or an equivalent nursing qualification from New Zealand or overseas (e.g., Bachelor or Diploma of Nursing).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Genuine compassion, customer service excellence, and a positive demeanor.
• Commitment to continuous growth and understanding of health and safety best practices.
