Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Caregiver located in Kerala, India. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal preparation. Responsibilities extend to monitoring the client’s well-being, adhering to care plans, administering medication reminders under guidance, and maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

Additional duties include providing emotional support and companionship, encouraging engagement in activities that enhance mental and physical health, documenting care procedures, and communicating effectively with supervisors or family members. Collaboration with the care team to uphold high service standards is essential.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Healthcare or nursing-related qualifications are preferred, including registered nurses, home nurses, BAMS professionals, caregivers, patient attendants, or candidates with pertinent healthcare experience.
• Applicants returning to work or with prior experience in nursing, home healthcare, patient care, or elderly care are encouraged to apply.
• Capability to assist with personal care tasks such as hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
• Strong interpersonal qualities like empathy, patience, and trust building with clients and their families.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety, infection control, and emergency response.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting observations and coordinating with a care team.
• Commitment to reliability, punctuality, and adherence to care protocols.
• Experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or related support roles is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications or training in caregiving or home health support are preferable.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kerala with flexibility for shifts and weekend duties.
