About the Role
We are seeking a devoted and knowledgeable Career Counselor to become part of our expanding career guidance initiative. This role focuses on working closely with students from Classes 9 to 12, providing tailored support to aid their career decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities
The counselor's duties include analyzing each student's academic background, interests, abilities, and aspirations in order to offer customized, actionable, and well-organized career advisory services to both the students and their parents.
Compensation Details
The salary package will be negotiated individually and will depend on the candidate's prior experience, qualifications, and the nature of the engagement.
