Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized career counseling sessions for international graduates.
• Offer guidance regarding employment opportunities within the USA and Canada.
• Educate candidates about OPT/STEM OPT guidelines, H-1B visa sponsorship, and related job search protocols.
• Evaluate resumes and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Promote career-related services and training programs to potential candidates.
• Meet monthly targets for enrolment and revenue generation.
• Keep detailed candidate records and manage follow-ups using CRM software.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with students and job seekers.
• Stay informed on industry trends, visa policies, and market demands.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Between 6 months and 5 years of experience in OPT recruitment, career counseling, or a sales environment.
• Thorough knowledge of OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H-1B, and associated visa procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Driven by targets and proficient in working under fast-paced conditions.
