Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Rajarhat involves working night shifts aligning with international time zones. The Career Advisor will perform outbound calls to international prospective learners and professionals to guide them on appropriate educational and career advancement opportunities. Duties include evaluating individual goals, explaining program features, addressing queries, accurately documenting interactions in CRM systems, and collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on course offerings and industry trends. Maintaining ethical, non-discriminatory advising standards and achieving performance targets are vital aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound international calls to potential learners and professionals.

• Record all interactions meticulously in CRM or related systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient skills in career counseling and career development methodologies.
• Experience or knowledge in career management and student counseling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Prior exposure to academic advising, training-related sales, or international outbound processes is advantageous.
• Capability to work night shifts while effectively managing time and hitting performance goals in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills including active listening and a client-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, telecalling software, and standard office applications.
• Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in any field; certifications in counseling or guidance add value.
