Role Overview

This position involves supporting the provision of top-tier care by managing accurate and compliant client information, care plans, and service documentation. Collaborating closely with Care Partners and Team Leaders, the role focuses on coordinating onboarding, maintaining records, and facilitating efficient daily service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate care services to guarantee clients receive timely and quality assistance.
  • Keep client records, care plans, and service documentation precise and updated.
  • Assist with workforce onboarding processes and ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Monitor service execution and proactively address or escalate issues as needed.
  • Update client and workforce data within internal management systems.
  • Work alongside Care Partners, Team Leaders, and pertinent stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service while effectively handling multiple priorities.
  • Promote a culture emphasizing quality, compliance, and continual improvement.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration, Community Services, Health Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least one year of experience in coordination, administrative, or scheduling roles, ideally within health, aged care, or community sectors.
  • Familiarity with client management or rostering software, capable of maintaining accurate records under pressure.
