About the Role

Join Agincare as a Care Coordinator and play a vital role in connecting qualified carers with clients who need support. This position blends experience in care or scheduling, focusing on ensuring proper care coverage and seamless client support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the matching of carers with clients and organize their schedules efficiently.
  • Assist in establishing new care packages tailored to client needs.
  • Manage rotas to ensure consistent and uninterrupted care delivery.
  • Engage regularly with families and healthcare professionals to maintain effective communication.
  • Monitor and document staff availability, absences, and handle emergency call situations.
  • Offer on-call assistance during evenings and weekends as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Highly organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable managing operations in a dynamic setting.
  • Focused on people and adept at maintaining smooth workflows.
  • Possess valid rights to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
  • Hold a full UK driving license with access to a personal vehicle.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary between 30,000 and 32,000.
  • Referral bonus scheme rewarding up to 1,000 for recommended hires.
  • Mileage reimbursement at 32 pence per mile driven.
