Job description
Job Location and Reference
This position is based in Newport, South Wales, NP19, under reference JS-CSE-NEWP.
Compensation and Benefits
- Initial salary starting at 23,000 per annum.
- Option for a fully expensed company car with a 19,000 annual salary.
- Exceptionally high uncapped on-target earnings (OTE).

Working Hours and Schedule
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, including a one-hour lunch break.
- One weekday day off in lieu.
- One late shift per week is required.
- Sunday shifts mandatory during March and September.
Experience and Qualifications
- Current or recent experience in car sales is mandatory.
- Must be motivated by targets and commissions, with strong potential to earn well.
- Possess excellent customer service skills, critical to maintaining the company's reputation.
- Be well-organized, capable of handling detailed information, and eager to expand product knowledge constantly.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative, and a positive attitude to foster team success.
- Hold a full UK driving license with no more than six penalty points.
Role Overview
- Sell prestigious new vehicles along with associated products such as insurance and other services.
- Guide customers comprehensively from initial contact through to purchase and beyond.
- Engage in a thorough training and development program aimed at enhancing customer engagement, identifying needs, and selling industry-standard vehicles and products.
