Vesla Rent A Car, operating under MRM Investment LLC, is seeking to expand their team with a dedicated Car Rental Agent based in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. This is a full-time onsite opportunity offering a salary range between AED 3,000 to 5,000.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and reservations with professionalism.
• Promote rental packages, deals, and services to potential clients.
• Guide customers in selecting vehicles that meet their specific needs.
• Draft rental agreements, prepare quotations, and handle related paperwork.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and collection alongside the operations team.
• Clarify rental terms, insurance details, and company regulations to customers.
• Maintain and update accurate customer records within booking systems.
• Follow up with clients to encourage repeat business and meet sales targets.
• Address and resolve any client issues to ensure satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Have 2–5 years of proven experience in the car rental sector.
• Possess solid understanding of car rental processes, agreements, and fleet oversight.
• Experience with Speed System software is considered a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Capable of multitasking effectively and working under pressure.
• Fluent English is essential, while Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Demonstrate effective salesmanship and a customer-first mindset.

Educational Background

• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
• Candidates with substantial practical knowledge and experience in car rental will also be valued.
• Competent computer skills and familiarity with MS Office are required.
• Knowledge of car rental software, particularly Speed System, enhances candidacy.
