Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Car Driver will be responsible for delivering excellent guest services by warmly welcoming guests, opening car doors, assisting with luggage, and offering accurate directions and information as needed. Effective management of vehicles includes safely parking and retrieving cars, performing thorough pre- and post-inspection checks to identify any existing damages, and ensuring that all vehicle keys are securely kept. Additionally, the role demands maintaining a tidy and organized parking space, recording details of vehicles and parking spots, and upholding the security of all parked vehicles. A professional attitude and appearance are essential, as well as addressing guest queries and concerns in a respectful and courteous manner.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a valid driving license with a clean record is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to engage positively with guests.
- Physical capability to work outdoors for prolonged durations and to handle heavy lifting tasks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of traffic regulations and proficiency in driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Educational qualification of at least a high school diploma or GED certificate.
