Car Detailer - Full Time

Position Overview

Join Avis Budget Group as a full-time Car Detailer in Lihue, Hawaii. This hands-on role is crucial to delivering a quality customer experience by ensuring each vehicle is clean, safe, and road-ready. No prior experience is needed, and immediate hiring is underway.

Key Duties

• Clean vehicles thoroughly including washing exteriors and vacuuming and sanitizing interiors.
• Remove all trash and prepare cars efficiently for the next rental customer.
• Refuel vehicles, check fluid levels and tire pressure, and inspect for any exterior damage.
• Monitor vehicles’ dashboard warning lights to identify potential issues.
• Assist with the movement, parking, and organization of vehicles across airport lots as required.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate pride in executing meticulous and high-quality vehicle detailing.
• Comfort with working outdoors in various weather conditions and noisy environments.
• Flexibility to work any shift as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds and remain active standing, walking, bending, entering, and exiting vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work legally in the United States.
• Regular on-site attendance is mandatory; remote work is not possible.
