About the Role
Hoora Technologies Private Limited is seeking Service Partners in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, to join their team for the cleaning and basic servicing of cars and bikes. This is a full-time, permanent position offering comprehensive training and the provision of a service kit by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform exterior washing of cars and bikes.
- Conduct interior cleaning of vehicles.
- Apply polishing to vehicles for enhanced appearance.
- Carry out basic vehicle servicing tasks.
- Engage directly with customers to provide excellent service and support.
- Ensure maintenance and proper upkeep of service equipment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education requirement is completion of 10th grade.
- Proficiency in Odia and Hindi languages is necessary.
- Open to freshers and candidates with any level of prior experience in automotive cleaning and servicing.
- Age should be within 18 to 50 years.
- Preference given to male candidates.
- Candidates must own a two-wheeler vehicle along with a valid driving license.
Salary and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranges between ₹12,000 and ₹15,000.
- Performance-based incentives between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 monthly; most partners regularly earn these incentives.
- Company provides uniform, training, and service kit.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work schedule consists of 6 days a week with one day off.
