About the Role

ShapeWays.io is seeking a personable and confident Candidate and Onboarding Specialist dedicated to engaging with potential candidates and facilitating their transition onto our recruitment technology platform. This role requires delivering clear communication individually and in groups, simplifying the onboarding process, and ensuring candidates successfully set up and complete their profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective candidates by introducing and explaining the platform and its advantages.
• Lead both individual and group onboarding sessions effectively.
• Guide candidates stepwise through account creation and profile completion procedures.
• Assist with the input of skills, projects, experience, and other pertinent details on profiles.
• Respond to queries and provide support throughout onboarding activities.
• Monitor progress and follow up with candidates who have incomplete onboarding.
• Offer encouragement and support to candidates during the entire process.
• Collect and relay feedback regarding frequently asked questions, challenges faced, and overall candidate experience.
