Overview

Tekshapers Software Solutions is seeking a dedicated Canada Recruiter to join their team at Noida, Sector 65. This role requires working onsite during night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, focusing on full recruitment cycles specifically for the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and evaluate candidates for diverse job openings aligned with client needs.
• Gain a clear understanding of client job requirements to match suitable candidates effectively.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ communication skills and relevant expertise.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients while ensuring smooth communication.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process, from initial sourcing of applicants through to onboarding.
• Keep meticulous records of candidates and cultivate a robust talent pool.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment focused on the Canadian job market or international hiring processes.
• Strong familiarity with recruitment workflows and job portals.
• Excellent abilities in sourcing talent, communicating clearly, and coordinating recruitment activities.
• Availability and willingness to work onsite during the assigned night shift hours.
