Job Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates directly, conducting initial phone interviews, and negotiating salary packages.
• Utilize online job portals, existing candidate networks, referrals, and advanced internet sourcing techniques for recruitment.
• Assess candidates based on job descriptions from resource managers, including evaluating skill sets, functional competencies, and communication abilities.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates from first contact through offer acceptance.
• Handle discussions on salary expectations, counteroffers, benefits, and interview coordination.
• Conduct reference checks to verify candidate authenticity and suitability.
• Maintain job board updates with new candidate information.
