About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Campus Recruiter based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, to spearhead campus hiring efforts across the region. The position involves managing the complete graduate recruitment lifecycle, strengthening relationships with colleges, universities, and academic institutions, and effectively driving hiring targets for diverse programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead campus hiring initiatives regionally for programs including Engineering, Management, Science, Design, as well as ICAI and ICWAI certifications.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with placement officers, faculty members, and representatives from various institutes.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage students both before and after offers are made, aiming to improve joining rates.
• Organize and oversee campus recruitment drives, internship programs, recruitment events, and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with business units and senior leadership to address requirements in niche and emerging technologies.
• Execute employer branding campaigns and promote involvement in key talent engagement programs.
• Monitor recruitment patterns, market trends, and hiring data to continuously improve the effectiveness of campus hiring.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least 4 years of professional experience in campus hiring, university relations, or talent acquisition.
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, communication, and building durable relationships.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale campus recruitment initiatives and engaging students effectively.
• Ability to collaborate closely with business leaders and academic institutions to achieve recruitment goals.
