About the Role
OneSchool Global NZ is actively seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to oversee and manage administrative and front office duties at our Hamilton Campus. This permanent role spans 40 hours weekly across 45 weeks annually, serving as the initial point of contact for students, staff, parents, and visitors and working closely with the Campus Principal to maintain smooth campus operations.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Serve as the primary interface for communication with all campus stakeholders, ensuring efficient and courteous interactions.
- Manage various administrative tasks in a dynamic educational environment with attention to detail and confidence.
- Utilize digital platforms and management tools effectively to support campus functions.

Working Hours and Start Date
- Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Availability to commence as soon as possible.
