Your Responsibilities

• Develop CAM programs for index turn-mill machines using Siemens NX; troubleshoot and correct programs while enhancing machining workflows.
• Define processing sequences for complex components, including clamping setups, raw materials, and machine configurations.
• Prepare production documentation thoroughly.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to comprehend and implement technical requirements.
• Simulate tool paths and manage tooling data within the tool management system.
• Train machine setters (m/f/d) directly at their workstations.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as industrial mechanic or cutting machine operator (or equivalent qualifications).
• Comprehensive experience in operating CAD and CAM systems for turning and turn-milling, preferably Siemens NX.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and measurement protocols, including using manual measuring tools.
• Advanced skills in applying computer-aided measuring instruments.
• Structured and solution-oriented work approach paired with quick learning capability.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude, team spirit, effective communication skills, high quality awareness, commitment, and proactive attitude.
