Role Overview

We are seeking proactive and service-oriented Call Center Executives to manage inbound and outbound communications. The role involves assisting patients by addressing their diagnostic-related inquiries, scheduling appointments, coordinating home sample collections, and ensuring efficient issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls from patients, customers, and healthcare providers.
• Provide accurate responses to queries about diagnostic procedures, test packages, pricing, reports, and service appointments.
• Arrange and confirm diagnostic appointment schedules.
• Direct any clinical or technical questions to specialized medical or laboratory personnel instead of offering personal medical advice.
• Ensure each customer interaction maintains a positive and professional experience.
