Role Overview
We seek a communicative individual who enjoys engaging customers over the phone to join our outbound team. Your primary goal will be to assist in scheduling appointments and strengthening customers' trust in our advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate telephone contact with existing and new customers in alignment with campaign targets.
- Conduct conversations aimed at coordinating and booking suitable consultation appointments.
- Update pertinent customer information as required.
- Record customer responses including interest, callback requests, or refusals, and relay this information to the sales team.
- Provide assistance with inbound telephone inquiries.
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g., banking clerk, industrial clerk) or comparable work experience in call centers or sales.
- Basic understanding of Sparkasse’s products and services, including loans, current accounts, and retirement planning.
- Preferably experienced in telephone outbound sales or appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal and written German communication skills.
- Friendly, clear, and persuasive communication style.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Empathy and patience, even when faced with rejections.
- Team player with a willingness to collaborate closely with advisors.
