Key Responsibilities
- Conduct calibration tasks for factory instruments and equipment following approved plans, procedures, and technical standards.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on test apparatus and related equipment to preserve accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze calibration data, detect deviations, and implement necessary actions to ensure calibration completion.
- Keep a precise and current database of instruments, calibration records, reports, and certificates.
- Ensure all calibration activities and associated documentation adhere to internal processes, audit demands, and relevant standards.
- Coordinate with external calibration firms and suppliers to acquire calibration services, documents, and certificates when needed.
- Collaborate closely with Maintenance and Production departments to support equipment reliability and operational needs.
- Adhere to HSE, food safety, and company protocols throughout all activities.
Candidate Profile
- Technical or vocational qualification in Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, or related technical disciplines.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation and calibration, preferably in Food, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Practical understanding of instrument calibration, test equipment, calibration procedures, and documentation.
- Competency in analyzing technical data and maintaining precise calibration records and certificates.
- Basic awareness of food manufacturing and safety standards; experience with SAP PM is an advantage.
- Proficient in business-level English.
- Residence in Jeddah or willingness to relocate with flexibility to commute to the factory.
