Job description
Role Overview
The Calibration Engineer will be responsible for accurately calibrating and adjusting a variety of instruments including mechanical, electrical, flow, and pressure devices, adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assignments primarily take place at customer locations ensuring operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute precise instrument calibration and adjustments based on SOPs at client sites.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation reflecting all calibration activities.
Required Expertise
- Proficient understanding of metrology principles and measurement standards.
- Technical knowledge pertaining to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a BE degree, diploma, or ITI certification specializing in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation, or Civil Engineering.
