Key Responsibilities

• Prepare mass and unit price calculations to provide reliable and economically sound bids.
• Manage overall project costing independently, coordinating input from all involved disciplines.
• Participate proactively in evaluating and selecting suitable projects for the company.
• Identify and assess opportunities, risks, and potential cost increases within the data center project sector.
• Advise clients with expert knowledge regarding project costs and calculations.
• Maintain and enhance the calculation databases used for project pricing.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in civil engineering or architecture, or alternatively, certified construction technician qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in project calculation, preferably with complex technical construction projects.
• Knowledge of data center environments is advantageous, or willingness to learn quickly with provided support.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as RIB iTWO is a plus.
• Highly meticulous, responsible, and reliable work style.
• Strong team orientation and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary cooperation.
