Supervisor Responsibilities and Requirements

• Possess at least one year of pertinent supervisory experience
• Demonstrate strong leadership to inspire, guide, and support team members
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Show a genuine enthusiasm for coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Manage fast-paced operations while upholding high quality standards
• Maintain flexible availability aligning with a seven-day operating schedule
