Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly and assist with seating or order placement.
• Accurately record food and beverage requests from customers.
• Prepare menu items following established standard operating procedures.
• Serve or deliver meals and drinks courteously and in a timely manner.
• Keep tables, kitchen, and service areas clean and tidy.
• Address guest questions and special requests effectively.
• Communicate with kitchen personnel to ensure smooth service flow.
• Organize table settings before service and clear them afterwards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade completion.
• Open to freshers with no prior work experience required.
• Good communication skills to interact well with customers.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage items.
• Friendly and customer-centric attitude.
